Kota Kinabalu: Two local men, who had been under remand for a year, walked free after the Sessions Court on Thursday let them off a charge of robbing a policeman's sister.Judge Azreena Aziz discharged and acquitted Mohd Khairul Mohd Zaini and Methodius Callixtus Joseph from the charge without their defence being called.
In making the decision, Azreena ruled that the prosecution had failed to establish a prima facie case against them.
